Open the box and make sure all of the parts are included.
Parts List:
2 Rolled Steel Cages
6 Connectors
1 Hanger
See pictures A and B.

 Sand your Vest Rest cages up and place them on a flat surface facing each other, about 1” apart. See picture C.

 Take a connector and put it on one side of the top of the cage. Line the grooves of each side of the connector up with a cross bar on the cage. See picture D.

 Pinch the two sides of the cage together until the connector snaps in to place. If installed correctly, the cage will now be hooked together. See picture E.

Repeat the process on the opposite side of the top of the cage.

Next, take two connectors and install them in the same manner on one side, starting with the bar that is closest to the top.

Repeat the process on the opposite side.

Attach the hanger either:
by sliding the hooked end of the hanger around the cross bar of the top
by sliding the hooked end of the hanger around the two cages in the center of the top. See picture F

If you have trouble squeezing the connectors and having them snap in to place, take a thick piece of cloth, wrap the connector and the bars, and squeeze the wrapped bars gently with a pair of pliars.
